No one ever said life would be easy. We all go through difficult times at some point or another. While it can be tough to cope with these challenges, it’s important to remember that you’re not alone. There are ways to deal with your troubles and get through them. In this blog post, we’ll discuss some tips for overcoming difficult times. We hope they help you get back on your feet and move forward in your life.

One of the best things you can do when going through a difficult time is to try and find three things you can do each day. This can keep you busy and help take your mind off of things. It can also give you a sense of accomplishment and make you feel like you’re moving forward.

These tasks can be as simple as getting out of bed and taking a shower, moving downstairs, writing 1 blog, or writing just a sentence of your book.

The important part of this is that you succeed. When we succeed even at the most basic tasks, our brain sees this as a success, which in turn allows us to feel a sense of accomplishment, which then changes the way we are feeling.

When times are tough, it’s important to keep perspective. Remember that this too shall pass and things will get better. It’s also essential to stay positive and have hope. This can be tough, but it’s worth it in the end.

We have control over our worldview. Every action, every result we decipher whether we are going to respond positively or negatively. This choice is on us. When we feel down (unless this is clinical depression) we can choose to look at everything positively.

So when you wake up and get out of bed, you have to see that as a success, because even though you did not want to get up. You did! This is how to start re-wiring your brain.

Another way to get through difficult times is to start directing yourself. Figure out what you need and want, and go after it. Don’t wait for things to happen — make them happen. Remember, you’re in control of your life.

Also, another thing you can do is ask yourself “what should I be learning right now?”. This question can help you see the situation from a different perspective and learn something valuable from it. It can also help keep you motivated during tough times.

Lastly, you should look for your blessings at times like this. You have the ability to think about what you are thankful for.

This can be as easy as writing them down in a journal, or on a scrap piece of paper. Because when we decide to look at our blessings, that we have our health, food in our fridges and cupboards and a warm bed to get into, life then is not so bad.

Even when obstacles are being thrown in our way, as long as we have these what seems as given rights, but are not, we will always feel grateful.

No matter how difficult things get, always remember to stay positive and have hope. There are ways to get through anything — you just need to find them. I hope these tips help! Thanks for reading!

Until tomorrow this has been your coach Andy.
